Description:
Sales Marketing Intern – Assist sales and marketing departments with mailings and sales letters, telemarket for new accounts, special publications, or promotions.  Assemble and maintain media kit files, help prepare for sales meetings and other events, and assist sales manager with special projects.  Intern also would assist Tourism and Travel magazine group with some light writing, research, and filing.  Student must have strong communication skills, as well as writing and research skills.  Student should enjoy working in a team environment that encourages self-initiative and follow-through.  Also, student must have basic computer and Internet skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Intern must be available to work minimum of 15 hours per week. This internship is either paid or for credit.
